4.1.8. Vital Statistics Maintained by the government; (collectively the “Public Information”).

4.2. We do not verify and cannot guarantee the accuracy of this information and data that we may collect and provide.

4.3. Court records, which may be included in search results, are provided for informational purposes only and may only be used as permitted by law.

4.5. We may provide content that is sourced from third-party websites. The original authors and/or owners of such content may be found on the Source site. 5. Children’s Privacy

5.1. WhoCalled.info is directed to and intended for people who are at least 18 years old, and we do not knowingly collect Customer Information from anyone under the age of 18. If You are aware that we collected Customer Information from someone under the age of 18, please alert our customer service and the information will be removed from our systems as soon as is reasonably possible. This policy regarding collection of data from children exceeds the requirements of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act.

To make an opt-out request related to Public Information, contact customer service. You can also call us to make an Opt-Out request related to Public Information by calling customer service during our business hours.
