1.2. We do not verify and cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information and data it provides on its website.

1.3. Our Terms prohibit users of our Service from selling the information disclosed to them through our products and services or from assigning their license to use the Service to a third party or from otherwise using the information obtained through the Service for any commercial purposes.

1.4. Customer Information, such as information that You provide to WhoCalled.info during registration, or information about Your use of WhoCalled.info as further described in Section 2 below, is not part of the information available to users through our Service.

1.5. To request that information about You be removed from listings on WhoCalled.info, please contact customer service. Please note that we collect information from publicly-available sources and any removal of information from our Service does not affect the availability of the information from those publicly-available sources.

4.1. We collect and aggregate publicly available information on individuals and entities that our customers may access for a fee. Such publicly available information sources include, but are not limited to:

4.1.2. Phone Directories and Phone Books;

4.1.3. Email Databases;

4.1.4. Public Property Records;

4.1.5. Social Media and Networks

4.1.6. Court Records;

4.1.7. Business Listings and Directories - Business listings pulled from the yellow pages telephone directories and other business directories. These listings include name, title, business address, website and email; and

4.1.8. Vital Statistics Maintained by the government; (collectively the “Public Information”).

4.2. We do not verify and cannot guarantee the accuracy of this information and data that we may collect and provide.

4.3. Court records, which may be included in search results, are provided for informational purposes only and may only be used as permitted by law.

4.5. We may provide content that is sourced from third-party websites. The original authors and/or owners of such content may be found on the Source site. NOTE: Your use of this content may be subject to additional terms, including, but not limited to, the Creative Commons Attribution ShareALike License.

5. Children’s Privacy

5.1. WhoCalled.info is directed to and intended for people who are at least 18 years old, and we do not knowingly collect Customer Information from anyone under the age of 18. If You are aware that we collected Customer Information from someone under the age of 18, please alert our customer service and the information will be removed from our systems as soon as is reasonably possible. This policy regarding collection of data from children exceeds the requirements of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act.

7. California Privacy Disclosure

7.1. This Privacy Policy describes our handling of personally identifiable information as required by the California Online Privacy Protection Act and personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act. California residents may have the additional rights described in this section.

Right to Know and Request Deletion of Personal Information/Sensitive Personal Information – You have the right to request that we disclose what Personal Information we collect, use, and disclose. Except as specifically noted in this Privacy Policy or in the Terms of Service, we do not sell, exchange, transfer, or give Personal Information to any other party. You also have the right to request that we delete the Personal Information we have collected about You. No additional proof will be required from an authorized agent, except that, for Your protection, we will only disclose the categories of Personal Information collected to authorized agents that make requests through our toll free number.

7.5. Right to Opt-Out Public Information – We do not sell Your Personal Information. However, You have the right to opt-out of the sale of Public Information. To make an opt-out request related to Public Information, contact customer service. You can also call us to make an Opt-Out request related to Public Information by calling customer service during our business hours. While we will not sell Your Public Information when You have opted-out, we may disclose Public Information to third parties, without notice to You, if required to do so by law, or if we have a good faith belief that disclosure is necessary to (i) comply with legal process served on us; (ii) protect and defend our rights or property; or (iii) act in an emergency to protect someone’s safety. As of January 1, 2023, Customers in California also have the right to be informed of data collection and rights, the right to have collected data disclosed, the right to have collected data deleted, the right to have incorrect data/information corrected, the right to limit geolocation data collection, and the right to equal services and prices.
